I have a Winteo Pro CX-W8 TV Box, sold by everbuying.net. However, it does not work well. The USB ports (both 2.0 and 3.0) drop events, which cause uncontrollable repeating characters that makes typing impossible. The Bluetooth will pair, but will not stay connected with, my Bluetooth keyboard. All USB devices and my Bluetooth keyboard work perfectly with other computer hosts.
I may have defective hardware, or it may be that the drivers for USB and Bluetooth need to be updated. Is there a support site at Well Global for driver and software downloads? If not, are there other OEMs that may have better drivers?

I resolved most of my problems with the Wintel Pro CX-W8 TV Box. There is a lot of electromagnetic interference (EMI) from the WiFi section near the USB ports, and that was causing my wireless 2.4 GHz remote receiver to work poorly. A USB extension cable fixed that problem. I like this box, but I still wish there were better support for Bluetooth drivers. And having a dual-boot option would be nice, like on the previous model.
